The project Film Europe Summer Cinema is moving from Pistori Palace to Urban Space on SNP Square (screenings every Monday and Tuesday in July and August) and Berlinka Slovak National Gallery on Ludovit Stur Square (screenings from June 29th onwards,  every Wednesday in July and August).

The program of Film Europe Summer Cinema includes films that just had their Slovak distribution premiere (The Commune, Marguerite and Julien, Schneider vs. Bax).

From the portfolio of Film Europe, dramaturges from Urban Space have chosen mostly black comedies (Men & Chicken, Butchers, Flickering Lights, Easy Money, In Order of Disappearance) and comedies (Priest´s Children, The Grump, Mr. Nice), as well as films that have been popular among cinema lovers in Slovakia during the past few years.

The program in Berlinka SNG proposes a wide range of film genres ‒ comedies (Love Island, Pride), dramas (My King, Victoria, Sils Maria), thrillers (A Perfect Man), love stories (Perfect Sense, Marguerite and Julien) ‒ all from the best European directors, many of whom have been nominated or awarded at the most prestigious festivals.
