Glen Hansard
Irish singer-songwriter and Oscar winner Glen Hansard will perform on 7 March 2016 in the Bratislava Old Market Hall. The charismatic singer and songwriter is coming to present his new album Didn’t He Ramble.
Frontman of The Frames and a member of Swell Season has become best known in our country for the Oscar-winning film Once. Song Falling Slowly, which he passed with his then-girlfriend Markéta Irglová, won an Oscar for best song.
After breaking with the Czech singer he is fully embarked on a solo career. In 2012, he flashed his solo debut, Rhythm and Repose, which impressed the first time at a concert and Bratislava. Hansard leave enough time before it matured in new product ideas. In September 2015 officially he released his second album, Didn´t He Ramble.
