Heritage Rediscovered
The Jewish Community Museum, situated in the city’s only preserved synagogue, opens its fifth season with the exhibition Heritage Rediscovered. The exhibition will show yet unexhibited historical treasures documenting the history of the Bratislava Jewish community. In the Bratislava synagogue , the visitors will have a chance to see numerous exhibits including fragments of an ancient Hebrew manuscript, as well as rare silver objects for decorating Torah scrolls.
You can visit the exhibition in the Jewish Community Museum from the 27th of May until the 9th of October 2016, every Friday from 10:00 to 16:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 16:00, apart from Jewish holidays.
