Johannes Brahms: Sonatas and Valses

9th November 2015 at 7 p.m., Venue: Music Hall, Bratislava Castle

Even during his lifetime, Johannes Brahms was regarded as a heir of Ludwig van Beethoven in the chamber music. His violin and cello sonatas are majestic Romantics pieces, which express a noble pathos and on the contrary a dreaming poetry at once. This programme will be passionately performed by violinist Milan Paľa and cellist Jozef Lupták together with two international guests: Bulgarian pianist Ivo Varbanov and Italian pianist Fiammetta Tarli.
