Spend the last evening of 2015 in the stylish River Bank Restaurant on the bank of the River Danube and enjoy a delicious menu prepared by our famous chef Igor Čehy accompanied by live music.

Marinated Salmon Trout, Blini, Lime Sour Cream and Trout Caviar

Terrine of the Duck Foie Gras, Fennel Salad, Berry Fruit

Pan fried vanilla Monkfish, Sweet potatoes Purree, Pomelo

Sage and Orange roast Duck Breast, „Lokse“ Lasagne and stewed Red Cabbage

Grilled Deer Loin, Thyme Polenta, Caramelized Red Onion, Juniper Sauce

Chocolate and Nougat Mousse, Raspberries Sauce and Crème Anglaise
