ZOYA MUSEUM in Modra is a private institution that was first open to public on October 30, 2009. The museum is located in the wine park and its main activities include collecting and exhibiting of art works. The most important part of the museum’s portfolio consists of a collection of works by Andy Warhol that forms the basis of the permanent exhibition.

The museum’s thematically dedicated collection and exhibition activities focus on the Slovak art of the second half of the 20th century as well as on the art from abroad. At the museum’s temporary exhibitions we have presented sculptors and painters, including in recent history such authors as Michal Uher, Jozef Kostka, Peter Bartoš, Rudolf Sikora, Stano Filko and others.

Exhibitions are managed at a highly professional level and organized in cooperation with renowned experts and connoisseurs. The exhibited works come from the portfolios of ZOYA GALLERY, ZOYA MUSEUM as well as from cooperations with other private collectors and public institutions such as the Slovak National Gallery, SOGA Auction House and others.

ZOYA MUSEUM premises are available for renting. A number of social events were held on the museum’s premises such as receptions, banquets, lectures, concerts, fashion shows, weddings, company presentations, etc. A space with an area of 1300 sqm and excellent acoustics is available.
