Chronicle + Q&A with director

On Thursday, September 18the, film Letopis will be screened at A4 in Bratislava, followed by a Q&A with director and cinematographer Martin Kollár.

The film Letopis captures everyday stories and creates a collective portrait of contemporary reality—not only as a documentation of the present, but also as an archive for the future. Through images, it reveals absurd routines and strange habits, as well as our tendency to rely on systems that we simultaneously question. Letopis offers a new way of perceiving our choices and encourages viewers to reflect on their actions now, before they forget them.

Public funding was provided by the Bratislava City Foundation and the Bratislava – Staré Mesto district. The digitization of Kino inak was financially supported by the Audiovisual Fund.
