Sebastian Boulter

Finnish painter and musician Sebastian Boulter will present his project Carrousel at Nová Cvernovka – a series of poetic compositions for piano, organ, marimba, and cymbals, blending classical, folk, and experimental music.

Sebastian Boulter (born 1974) is a painter and musician from Finland. He studied painting at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels and graduated from the Central Finland Conservatory. Boulter has created soundscapes for exhibitions and composed music for films, independent theaters, contemporary dance companies, and various ensembles. In 2024, he released his first solo album, Carrousel, which consists of six compositions for piano, Hammond organ, marimba, Hohner pianet, and cymbals. These compositions combine elements of classical, folk, and experimental music.
