Spicy Depository: Not your spices

MMB, in cooperation with the city council, invites you to a community event called (Not) your spices.

The aim of the event is to challenge stereotypical ideas about people with migration experience and to raise the question of who cultural institutions are intended for today. The aim is to create a safe space for people with a migration background to meet, whose stories are an important but often overlooked part of history.

The event will feature a performative reading with Kvet Nguyen and Shrey Kadam. In addition, there will be an opportunity to taste traditional foreign street food and refreshing drinks. The event will end with a dance party with a Mexican dance troupe and DJ in the courtyard.

The event will be interpreted into various languages.
