It will not appear in Iceland, as Verne wrote, nor near the South Pole, as Poe suggested, but unexpectedly, on the floor of LOM space. Those who come will descend into a world of darkness, where good old hallucinations will take care of their disorientation.<br \/>\nThe descent will be led by the most qualified person for the job \u2013 Czech sound artist, kaleidoscopic texture merchant, and apostle of chaos \u2013 St\u0159ed sv\u011bta. He hasn&#8217;t been heard from in a long time, perhaps since the days of his albums released on the now legendary Eastern European label Baba Vanga. That was in 2017. Last year, however, there was buzz surrounding his album Paralysis Catalogue, released on the equally interesting label Daddypower Records. Everything came together, and St\u0159ed sv\u011bta did not refuse LOM&#8217;s invitation.<\/p>\n<p>St\u0159ed sv\u011bta did not release the aforementioned album alone. It is actually a split album with his Hungarian colleague Elod Janky. Elod is known as a visual artist, sound experimenter, pastor of the twisted Budapest club scene, and also the head of the aforementioned Daddypower label. He performs under dozens of pseudonyms, but the best known is Alley Catss. When he&#8217;s not in the club, he plays somewhat absurd ambient music, full of sub-bass new-age samples and arpeggio echoes that evaporate from the damp underground. What connects him to St\u0159edom sv\u011bta is an obsessive interest in deconstruction into the smallest possible elements. The main thing is that it squelches, sputters, bubbles, hisses, and chirps.<br \/>\nIt should also be mentioned that he has released his albums everywhere he needs to, i.e. on the labels mappa, Exiles, Opal Tapes, and others.<\/p>\n<p>Admission is free for all Ukrainians.
