He will present insights from OVB\u2019s transformation and the development of the Aero platform, which is being built alongside the existing systems and is gradually replacing them without disrupting ongoing business operations.<\/p>\n<p>Pavol H\u00fcber is responsible for project management at Outloud. He will examine the topic from the perspective of team coordination, defining responsibilities, risk management and the gradual implementation of changes. He has gained experience through web and application projects for both large corporations and smaller firms. Clients he has worked for include Samsung, KIA Motors and the Social Insurance Agency.<\/p>\n<p>The programme will consist of two talks, a panel discussion, a Q&amp;A session with the audience and a networking session afterwards.
