Bratislava Theatre Nights
Summer open-air theatre in the beautiful courtyard of the Old Town Hall
During the summer holiday months, you will again have the opportunity to spend the evenings full of musical and theatrical experiences directly under the stars, combined with the unique atmosphere of the courtyard of the historic town hall.
As part of the fourth edition, the Bratislava Theatre Nights will present repetitions of five authorial plays of the Wandering Theatre. So Don’t Cry, Suzie, The Curious Literature Classes of Hana and Matúš, Plagues and Disgusts, Shakespeare on the Street and the music and theatre evening of the Wandering Theatre TRTÚD will return to the scene. The performances will take place from 11 to 15 July and from 15 to 19 August at 8:30 p.m.
During the second round of Bratislava Theatre Nights you can look forward to five evening performances. Talented members of the Wandering Theatre will present their artistic mastery in particular performances.
The August part of Bratislava Theatre Nights will start on Monday, August 15, with a musical and dramatic performance by Don’t Cry, Suzie with catchy music and songs. On Tuesday, The Curious Literature Classes of Hana and Matúš will give their conversation and comedy lesson. Wednesday evening will belong to the ecstatic entertainment cabaret TRTÚD. On Thursday, the tragicomic Plagues and Disgusts will be on the scene, and on the last day of the festival, there will directly be Shakespeare on the Street.

Since 2019, the summer theatre project offers space for the creation of young artists from the field of performing arts, inspires to original creation and Bratislava and its cultural heritage focused authorial works creating. Its home scene is the exterior of the courtyard of the Old Town Hall of the Bratislava City Museum.
