Concert of 60-member saxophone orchestra
If you cannot imagine how an orchestra made of 60 saxophones can sound, come on Sunday, March 6th to the Slovak Radio building in Bratislava. The audience in Slovakia can savour this experience for the sixth time.
Program of the concert will be very interesting for listeners. Orchestra made of tens of participants of international master classes Saxophobia Bratislava will introduce almost all types of saxophones: sopranino, soprano, alto, tenor, baritone up to bass saxophone.
The concert will feature compositions of lesser-known but also well-known authors for Slovak audience in arrangements for solo saxophone with piano and saxophone quartet, as well as original compositions for saxophones, several of them dedicated to the performers.
