The Best Female Chef in the Restaurant UFO

On Tuesday, October 22, UFO watch.taste.groove. will host the world’s best female chef, Ana Roš, who will prepare an 8-course tasting mountain menu. The chef of the restaurant Hiša Franko, the first lady of Slovenian cuisine, has prepared a local degustation menu for 139 €.

The eight-course tasting menu consists of local Slovenian dishes, among which guests will find smoked pit cheese matured in the rock, fried bread soaked with cardamom milk or smoked chocolate. The concept of the menu is inspired by the Triglav National Park, where the restaurant Hiša Franko is located.
