TÜRKIYE GENÇLIK FILARMONI ORKESTRASI

After a great success three years ago the outstanding 100-member orchestra Türkiye Gençlik Filarmoni Orkestrasi (Turkish National Youth Philharmonic Orchestra), which consists of talented musicians aged between 16 – 22 years from conservatories from all parts of Turkey, comes back to the stage of the Large Concert Studio of the Slovak Radio in Bratislava.

The founder of the orchestra (2007) and its conductor Cem Mansur prepared once again an attractive programme:
Leonard Bernstein (1918 – 1990): Candide
Cemal Reşit Rey (1904 – 1985): İnstantanés
Leonard Bernstein: Divertimento
Sergei Sergeyevich Prokofiev (1891 – 1953): Symphony No. 5
