Buď [fjúžn] láska: Koščová + Medvedovska + more

Opening of the 20th edition of the [fjúžn] festival, which this year carries the theme Courage. The festival evening will begin with a discussion on how cultural and community activities can help people get to know one another better, seek understanding in an increasingly polarized time, and amplify the voices of people with migrant backgrounds in Slovakia. Because what truly matters is not where one comes from or the color of their skin – but that they are able to live together as one community.

The evening will culminate in the concert Buď láska – an original project by Katarína Koščová, Mila Medvedovska, and Daniel Špiner. Two exceptional singers and a virtuoso pianist merge their voices and music into songs with shades of folk, jazz, and chanson. Music that goes straight under the skin – emotional, tender, and powerful at the same time.

With a glass of wine and light refreshments, the evening will continue with Sasha Mamaev a.k.a. Gonso – a true gourmet of music who grew up and lived on four different continents.
