When preparing traditional Slovak dishes, we rarely go off the beaten track. After all, who would think of bryndza (sheep cheese) when thinking of something other than halušky (sheep cheese noodles)? So join us and discover new ways to use traditional ingredients like bryndza, sauerkraut and lokše in unconventional recipes. We won’t be using complicated techniques, but will focus on simplicity and local ingredients that you can easily incorporate into your kitchen. Joining you for the magic will be Naomi Huzovičová, last year’s Human of [fjúžn], foodblogger and chef at Wild Kitchen in Modra.
