Singers Nina Kohout and Katarína Máliková will perform at the Klube Za zrkadlom in Petržalka on Friday, November 21.

Nina Kohout’s music combines the mysterious tones of old Slovak folklore, classical music, and the freshness of dark electronica. With her sonic extravagance, she pushes the boundaries of musical obedience and conducts a constant dialogue between invasive horror and fragile purity.

Katarína Máliková’s brilliant piano arrangements accompany a wide vocal range that balances on often extreme positions of the vocal registers. Minimalist piano and vocal improvisations create dreamlike soundscapes throughout her performance.
