Theme:

Lifted from the ground on a Friday night by The Secret Disco Club fantasy. The higher altitude of Kacecko spaces at Prior will underline the vibe. We invite you to contribute on creating the Dream scene by constructing your dreamy outfit. Will you come in a PJs, bathrobe, a dress you have never worn yet, covered in a fairy dust or all in black because nightmares, duh!? We are thrilled to see what dreams mean for you and how you explore your own imagination.

The musical groove of the whole evening will be created by disco and house beats from DJs Oosh, Carl, Bali G, and Rhuby Wax.

Oosh is a designer in his ordinary life and a disco & house producer in his less ordinary life. Already as a roller disco resident, he will play us his selection of fresh new releases, as well as classics from nu disco, disco and jackin house. Oosh started playing on roller disco parties last year in the summer when ahojwrld rollerskating club was dancing around a fountain in the park of Andrej Hlinka in Bratislava. From that point on, he was invested in spreading good vibes also for dancers with wheels.

Carl enjoys his sets with unrestrained dancing, which inspires you to untie yourself to get closer to similar flying on a cloud. Energetic tones of italodisco, alternative dance music, but also the dirty sounds of underground 90’s house parties. In addition, Carl is also a collector of disco balls and a member of the Music Education group together with Oosh, where they bring information about music closer to people during various events.

Bali G represents an acid dream of a tropical paradise, ripe with nostalgia of the 80s, dipping in and out of boogie jewels from Brazilian and Balearic coastlines, all spiced up with some filthy underground club stuff. A dancefloor affair where everything can go down from Chicago and Detroit to Boogie, Disco or Acid House.
Rhythms from the jungle and the desert to the dancefloor
Bali G prepája rare grooves z brazílskych a balearic pláží s klubovou špinou. Dance floorová aféra, kde sa môže udiať všetko od Chicaga a Detroitu až po Boogie a Acid House.

Rhuby Wax has been DJing and producing since he was 17, but with the new format came a new identity. He traded the console for vinyl and that it was love at first touch. Over the years, he collected his collection of Chicago and Detroit house, and now he drags it around the clubs and mixes it on turntables in the old fashioned way. In his equipment you will find names like Moodymann, Kerri Chandler, Mr. G, but also unknown oldschool bombs from different corners of the world. His mixes are lively, full of percussion and various Afro vocals, intended for the midnight dancefloor.

Manifesto:

  1. Come for the disco music
  2. Be open to unfamiliar music sounds
  3. Respect and love one another
  4. Dance along the roller skaters
  5. No drinks allowed in the rink while roller skating
  6. Co-create the vibes and dress to express
  7. Dance your heart out
