Trojka Zuzany Homolovej
We invite you to a concert by Trojka Zuzany Homolovej on November 28 at the Old Lyceum in Bratislava.
Zuzana Homolová has been performing folk ballads for decades. Her first four albums feature prominent Czech and Slovak musicians: Vladimír Merta, Jan Hrubý, Jiří Stivín, Vlasta Redl, Daniel Salontay, Samo Smetana, and other well-known musicians.
After several years of collaboration with the well-known folk and blues violinist and singer Samo Smetana, and with the addition of guitarist Miloš Železňák, who is known for his jazz, blues, and rock projects, they founded the permanent musical group Trojka Zuzany Homolovej. This trio of creative musicians has created a modern, original, and contemporary musical style. They move between several genres and continue to interpret folk ballads and songs in an unconventional way.
They perform mainly at home and in the Czech Republic, but also abroad (Norway, Germany, Poland, England, Croatia). They have released four successful studio albums.
Performers:
Z. Homolová – vocals, percussion
S. Smetana – violin, viola, drum, vocals
M. Železňák – guitars
