Urban Flow Yoga Fest 2025

The first year of an international festival, not only about yoga, taking place at the Old Market Hall.

The festival connects two zones: Yoga on the mat for exercise enthusiasts and Yoga off the mat for the general public interested in lifestyle.

The program includes world-renowned instructors from England, Italy, Switzerland, and Denmark, offering authentic movement and breathing exercises, handstands, sound healing relaxation, as well as singing and voice opening. Slovak instructors with international experience in many areas will also be participating. The program also includes discussions on topics such as personal development, psychology, and ecology. There will be a full-day program for children, a chill-out zone with vegan food, stands supporting local producers and designers, a Thai massage workshop, as well as an art exhibition and installations by local artists.
