In this hands-on workshop, World Championship finalist Attila Molnár will guide you through the unique ChemAer method. He’ll show you how to work with aeration when brewing coffee in a Chemex and how controlled aeration can influence the final flavor in the cup.

The workshop is designed for advanced home baristas, professionals, and anyone who wants to go beyond basic recipes when making pour-over coffee. You’ll learn how to better read extraction, adjust your technique, and get the most out of your Chemex.

The workshop will be conducted in English.
