Long Night of Museums
Museums and galleries prepared a lot of programe for the visitors until midnight! This year will be the 19th year of the popular pan-European Night of Museums and Galleries.
Almost two hundred cultural institutions throughout Slovakia participate in the Night of Museums and Galleries every year, with the aim of presenting the cultural heritage of our country and its importance to the widest possible public. During one magical night in May, experience Bratislava as you don’t know it.
How about going back to the past centuries or straight to antiquity? Various monuments, guided tours in museums and galleries in permanent and non-permanent exhibitions, engaging exhibitions, normally inaccessible spaces made available, various attractions and games for children, these are the main attractions of a unique night full of adventure, knowledge and fun.
Discover what remains hidden throughout the year. On Saturday, May 23, the metropolis of Slovakia will be full of exhibitions, various events and creative workshops. Experts will take you on a magical journey into the past, present and future of culture.
