Guided Bike Tour & River Cruise
Only on a bike you can you see the many faces of Bratislava – the Old Town, the oldest town park and the New Town of Petržalka, which features Slovakia´s largest communist-era housing estate.
Only on a bike you can you see the many faces of Bratislava.
Our tour of discovery will take us to the western part of the city bordering Austria and famous for the monumental ruins of Devín Castle (Jules Verne was so impressed that he immortalised them in one of his novels), the unspoiled countryside of the Morava River floodplains and the fossil-strewn sand cliff of Sandberg. You will see the sights of the Iron Curtain and learn the tragic stories of those who tried to get out but never made it to the other side. Today, you can “flee” to Austria across a cycling bridge (humorously referred to as the Chuck Norris Bridge) and see the baroque Hof Palace Afterwards, relax on board a sightseeing boat that offers splendid views of the countryside as it glides down the Danube. Meanwhile, your guide will continue to provide you with interesting information as you make your way back to the city centre.
