TFROMHOME project by the Slovakian CREATIVE PRO Agency won the 1st place in B2I DIGITAL/HYBRID EVENT category at Bea World Festival 2020, as well as the PRESS AWARD. In just six days, the agency developed a creative idea for their client. The project was a 10-week event on the digital platforms of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia.

Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia is a company with a strong brand positioning and a positive image. It is also one of the biggest employers in Kosice. Fast reaction and flexibility to the lockdown crises was naturally coming from their DNA.

Human touch is an essential part of an event and that is exactly what convinced the press jury. The campaign motivated employees to work from home in a positive and inspiring way. The positive message the project transmitted will stay with us even after the crisis. Yes, people matter and friends too.

AGILE, EFFECTIVE AND SMART

The jury was also impressed by the event’s added value. The event influenced employee fluctuation, reducing it by 36%. Furthermore, social media platforms reached 1 million unique visitors. Most importantly, loyalty to the brand was radically improved.

Another exceptional achievement is the value for money of the event, as the entire campaign had a minimal budget and a very high ROI.

An authentic custom-made fairy tale was designed based on the everyday life of the Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia’s employees. The story was extremely appreciated because of the personalized aspect of it. From a schedule perspective, it was smartly structured in several blocks and streamed at specific times so that it could become an organic part of the lifestyle of the employees.
