Vytah Space Industry Conference returned to Bratislava on 11 April to offer a deep dive into the space business and connect key stakeholders in the field. The event brought together a curated selection of 12+ world-class speakers and 300 people from the CEE region.

Speakers discussed how companies from every corner of the commercial industry can profit from the exponential growth of the space economy and delved into the social and economic implications that space travel will have for billions of the Earth’s population.

A deep dive into the space business and the CEE ecosystem

The space industry comprises multiple business sectors (satellites, launch vehicles, earth observation, aerospace, and space stations) that are expected to grow exponentially in the next decade. The space industry is already growing at a 10% compound annual growth rate and will reach $2 trillion by 2030. Thus, the space frontier represents an integral future development.

Pushing the boundaries of space technology

VytahSpace Conference brought together 15 international speakers and 300 delegates plus companies to push the boundaries of current space technology. The community-driven conference explored the future of space exploration. The event took place on 11 April 2024 in Slovenska Sporitelna Headquarters.

Attendees also had numerous networking opportunities with companies ranging from start-ups to the world’s largest corporations. The content was divided into several blocks; speakers discussed software, hardware, institutional help and more. The keynote speaker was Kelly Wienersmith, who discussed A City on Mars.
