Viva Musica! Festival
The international Viva Musica! Festival has been one of the highlights of Bratislava’s cultural summer for more than two decades. From May 28 to August 6, 2026, the festival will present a series of exceptional concerts, Slovak premieres, world-renowned artists, and unforgettable open-air music experiences.
Founded in 2005, Viva Musica! has grown into the largest international summer music festival in Bratislava. Every year, it brings together classical music, contemporary projects, and unique artistic collaborations in some of the city’s most beautiful venues. Previous guests have included Gidon Kremer, Laurie Anderson, Philip Glass, John Malkovich, Kronos Quartet, and The King’s Singers.
Visitors can once again look forward to popular concerts in gardens and parks, the #NextGeneration series dedicated to young talents, and magical summer evenings filled with music in the heart of Bratislava.

The festival programme will also include the international Eugen Suchoň masterclasses in Pezinok, organised in cooperation with the Eugen Suchoň Art School and the town of Pezinok.
Viva Musica! is a holder of the prestigious EFFE Label (Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe) awarded for artistic excellence and international significance.
Experience Bratislava through music, extraordinary performances, and the atmosphere of one of Central Europe’s most beloved summer festivals.
