Letné soirée: Mimi

GMB invites you to bring a blanket and watch the unique internationally awarded film projection Mimi in the summer open air cinema in the courtyard of GMB in the Mirbach Palace.

The film will be introduced by the film’s director, Mira Fornay.

Mimi / Mira Fornay / Slovakia 2023 / 83 min. – The story of seven-year-old Roma, who lost her parakeet Mimi. Romy’s determination to find Mimi leads her through the ancient Danube forest, where she meets characters with their seemingly mundane stories. Although she may not be able to find Mimi, she will discover much more, adventure, new friends and strengthen her friendship with Cypko. Mimi is a film dedicated to children, trees and rivers, because they are the only future for our society.
