An opportunity for parents going to a curatorial talk on the Haptic Echoes exhibition to have their children take part in a simultaneously running educational programme.

GMB has prepared a new type of accompanying programme – a curatorial tour of the exhibition complemented by an educational creative programme for children aged 6 – 11 years old. Thus, every participant can take away a valuable experience from the gallery programs. Children are admitted to the programme free of charge.

While adults enjoy the interpretation and discussion of the exhibition, the children, together with gallery educator Vendy Kováčová, will explore the themes of conceptual art through a number of activities. The exhibition will explore the relationship to the space in which one lives and the themes and forms of conceptual art that relate to a return to nature. In the studio, children will creatively intervene in the existing map through layering, drawing and collage to find their own routes and ways to spend their time. Anything the children create, they can take home with them.

You must arrive on time for the program; a gallery educator will be waiting at the entrance to the palace. There is no need to bring art supplies or materials or any artistic ideas to the event. Everything necessary will be provided by the organizer. Just dress comfortably.
