Postavme sa za dobro: Donio talkshow s Adelou a hosťami k 5. narodeninám

Perhaps you’ve already sent a few euros via Donio to someone you didn’t know at all before. Perhaps you helped someone get through the toughest period of their life, or saved an animal, a school or a cultural institution. And perhaps you didn’t even realise that it is precisely these small decisions that form the story of this platform and of a country united in solidarity.

Donio was founded five years ago with the aim of making it easier to help others. Since then, it has been part of more than 6,000 stories, and over 325,000 donors have helped people they often didn’t know at all. In doing so, they have shown that solidarity has its place in everyday life.

To mark its 5th anniversary, Donio invites you to a birthday talk show evening with Adela Vinczeová. At the Old Market Hall, on 29 October at 6.30 pm, Nick Winton – the son of Nicholas Winton, who saved 669 children from Czechoslovakia from the Nazis and took them to England – will be welcomed. Joining him will be actress Kristína Tormová and nurse Angelika Hajdáková, for whose cancer treatment people donated via Donio after her insurance company had refused to cover it.
The musical entertainment for the evening will be provided by Katka Koščová, Mila Medvedovská, Dano Špiner and other distinguished guests. The theme of the evening is intended to inspire everyone. We will be discussing why solidarity is particularly important in difficult times.

The funds raised from ticket sales will be used to organise the event. Choose one of the three options, depending on how you’d like to support Donio.

–€20 – a generous talk show guest

–€25 – a very generous talk show guest

The different ticket categories are purely symbolic. Seating is unreserved. A higher-category ticket simply offers you the opportunity to support the organisation of this birthday talk show by the non-profit organisation Donio.
