Red Bull Letecký Deň 2025

Flying Day invites crazy engineers and fearless pilots to make their dream of flying come true. First they will try to build their winged contraption. And then they’ll take a step into the unknown with the vision of touching the clouds. If they don’t succeed, which is the more common scenario, a swim in the waters below the launch pad ensues.

Red Bull Aviation Day is a unique sporting and cultural event where spectators have the opportunity to see the epitome of creativity, engineering skills, acting or dancing and sporting performance all rolled into one. Amateur crews are tasked with constructing the most original winged contraption possible and then presenting it on a 6m high catwalk from which one daredevil will fly towards the water’s surface. The event originated in Vienna in 1992 and has since been held almost all over the world. The last time it was held in Slovakia was in 2005 in Kuchajda.
