Tasting of aged Pu-Erh and Hei Cha with Viktor Schramek

Viktor Schramek has been working with tea for around 20 years. He has been living in Taiwan since 2015, where, in 2021, he launched his first website, Viko Shan Cha, which specialises in the very highest quality vintage Pu’er, Hei Cha and organic teas from Taiwan. When discovering new teas, he focuses on depth, purity, masterful craftsmanship and tradition. On Tuesday, we will be tasting vintage Sheng and Shou, Liu Bao and Liu An from the 1970s to the 1990s.

Teabar is a community space focused on tea culture. Sitting together at one table and watching the tea being prepared is at the heart of the experience.
