In the exhibition Grey Gold: Touch, together with gallery educator Vendy Kováčová, you will explore the work of artists from the oldest generation and their approach to working with materials through the themes of the body, gesture, and being. In the studio, under the guidance of artist Ludmila Hrachovinová, we will try to leave our own imprints in clay. We will explore the roundness of our bodies’ shapes in contrast to the hardness of the edges of the environment around us. We will cast the connections we discover in plaster. No art supplies, prior experience, or artistic ideas are required for this event—we will provide everything you need. We recommend comfortable clothing; protective aprons will also be available.
