Guided tasting with a tea sommelier

Guided tea tasting using the Chinese gong fu cha method.

Teas with different processing methods, origins, and flavor profiles will be presented, ranging from light and sweet to full-bodied and distinctive. The tasting will be conducted using the traditional Chinese gong fu cha method. This method allows for precise comparison of individual teas under the same conditions and observation of their development in infusions.

The guided tasting will be led by sinologist Michal Butor. Emphasis will be placed on the origin of the teas, their processing, and differences in the flavor profiles of red teas.

Teabar is a community space focused on tea culture. Sitting together at one table and watching the tea being prepared is at the heart of the experience.
