Discover the unique Graphic Cabinets of Mirbach Palace. Patrícia Ballx, curator of the GMB’s collection of old drawings and prints, will guide you through the history and themes of this decorative interior design.

The Graphic Cabinets form the interior decoration of two rooms on the first floor of Mirbach Palace, commissioned likely by one of the building’s original owners. They are exceptional not only for their Rococo stucco-decorated ceilings but also for their wooden paneling, into which 290 graphic prints, engravings, etchings, and mezzotints from the second half of the 17th and 18th centuries have been set; these were subsequently colored by unknown artists.
