The Summer Reading Room at The Red Crayfish

The Summer Reading Room at U červeného raka (At the Red Crayfish) is located in the pleasant surroundings of the historic garden in the Old Town, in the former defensive moat. This beautiful place is ideal for literature lovers who want to take a break from the city bustle and spend enjoyable moments with music, good literature, or other cultural and community events. Alternatively, during the summer, you can simply come here to sit and relax in a green oasis in the middle of the city.

The Summer Reading Room is under the management of the City Library in Bratislava, and therefore entry is free, and you can enjoy its services even without registering at the library.

The reading room is open from May to September, and you can access it from Michalská Street, through the entrance next to the At the Rad Clayfish pharmacy.
