Concert Shostakovich, Berlioz

Daniel Raiskin graduated from the famous St. Petersburg State Conservatory. Starting with the season 2020/2021 the Russian conductor will become chief conductor of the Orchestra of the Slovak Philharmonic. The soprano singer Linda Ballová, who works at the Opera of the Slovak National Theatre in Bratislava, introduced herself also at the Festival Smetana’s Litomyšl. The tenor Tomáš Juhás guested also in the Metropolitan Opera New York as cover of the world-famous Rolando Villazón in the staging of Eugene Onegin. Sergej Tolstov started his career in the world-renowned Mariinsky Theatre and is already for more than two decades soloist of the Opera of the Slovak National Theatre in Bratislava.
