The Christmas Forest
The popular Christmas Forest is to grow again on Primate’s Square
Children from Bratislava schools will decorate Christmas trees for the sixth time with ornaments made of natural materials.
You can take a walk in the Christmas Forest from December 1 to 15. All Christmas trees will then go to the right places – to charities, social service homes, associations for homeless people and to families for whom the purchase of a tree is not affordable.
This time, 31 primary, artistic and special schools from ten city districts are involved in the Christmas Forest project.
Between December 2 and 12, the general public can vote on the most magically decorated Christmas tree on the Facebook fan page of the Bratislava Cultural and Information Centre. Afterwards, the first three schools will be rewarded.
