Bratislava Design Week
Bratislava Design Week is Slovakia’s most intense international design event covering contemporary design. Founded in 2009 as Designweek, renamed to Bratislava Design Week in 2013.
It is an event which energizes the local scene and the potential of the city with its public space. It is commited to premiers of new products and projects. It has interesting partners – closely connected with the local design scene and partner festivals in Central Europe – Designblok Praha, Vienna Design Week.
BADW is searching for a connection of design with other art genres – fine arts, music, film as well as with everyday life and the atmosphere of the city.
