Solo production BRODSKY / BARYSHNIKOV is an emotional journey through the world of poetry of the Russian poet and Nobel Prize Laureate Iosif Brodsky. Mikhail Baryshnikov construes the captivating and deep verses of his close friend. With his delicate physical presence, he takes audiences to the innermost world of the poet. The production is written and directed by major Latvian author Alvis Hermanis, artistic director of the New Theatre in Riga. The global ballet icon Mikhail Baryshnikov features in Slovakia for the first time ever.
