Deň architektúry x CE ZA AR: Nájomné bývanie Muchovo

CE ZA AR × Architecture Day – architecture up close, with those who created it. A unique opportunity to discover these works through the eyes of their designers.

Rental housing on Muchovo námestie with the designers from the Pantograph studio. After more than a decade, the Capital City of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava, is unveiling its first new rental housing development on Muchovo námestie. The project embodies two interconnected themes. It tells the story of a building that has successfully transformed from a commercial venture into a public-benefit development. At the same time, it symbolises an important milestone – Bratislava’s return to its role as an active developer of affordable housing. Cities in Central Europe once commonly pursued this tradition, but in the capital it had been interrupted for a long time.
