Autumn in Bratislava has its own distinctive flavour. And one of the traditions that is an essential part of the season is the Goose Feast. This year, LOD – Lodná osobná doprava Bratislava brings this popular culinary tradition directly to the Danube, combining traditional gastronomy with a sightseeing cruise and the beautiful evening panorama of Slovakia’s capital.
Aboard the Harmónia, you will experience much more than just dinner. As you cruise along the Danube, Bratislava gradually reveals itself from a perspective you cannot experience from its streets – the illuminated riverfront, bridges and city landmarks are reflected on the water while a menu inspired by one of Slovakia’s most popular autumn traditions is served at your table.

Traditional Flavours with a Modern Touch
The highlight of the evening is golden-roasted goose with crispy skin and succulent meat, served with braised red cabbage, traditional potato lokše, rich goose jus and pickled vegetables. Guests can choose from two three-course menus.

- Starter: Duck liver pâté, pear and mango chutney, cranberry gel and sourdough bread

- Starter: Foie gras, plum and onion chutney, potato dumplings, apple gel and port wine
- Delicate foie gras complemented by sweet-and-sour chutney, pan-fried potato dumplings and apple gel with notes of port wine
- Main Course: Roast goose, braised red cabbage, potato lokše, goose jus and pickled vegetables
