Guitar Night: Stret modernej gitary a flamenca

Guitar Night brings together two distinct worlds of guitar music – Peter Luh’s multi-genre approach and the spirited flamenco of Flaco de Nerja. Virtuosity, rhythm, improvisation and emotion come together in a musical dialogue in which each guitar has its own character.

This time, however, the encounter between modern guitar and flamenco will be expanded to include a third guitar voice.

At the November concert at the V-Club, Guitar Night will take on a new dimension. Jannis Raptis will appear as a special guest – an internationally renowned guitarist of Greek origin with an exceptionally broad musical range. In his playing, he blends influences from flamenco, world music, jazz, folk and rock, thereby bringing another distinctive guitar colour to the evening.

Three distinctive approaches to the guitar will thus come together on one stage in a unique concert line-up – ranging from modern guitar techniques through the energy and passion of flamenco to musical influences that transcend genres and borders.
