Hovory v Pistori: Dúhový špeciál

The discussion evening Hovory v Pistori will welcome dancer Martin Talaga and director Gregor Valentovič on May 5 at Pistori Palace.

Martin Talaga is a Slovak dancer, choreographer, and performer known for the Pinkbus project. He performs in traditional costume as Venice, a character that embodies several female personalities, from Nora M. to Martina Š. He plays the bagpipes, whistles, and the fujara. In 2025, he won the prestigious Czech Thalia Award.

Gregor Valentovič is a director, screenwriter, actor, and singer in the band OuOus. He studied production at the Academy of Performing Arts (VŠMU) and later directing of feature films. Through the Erasmus program, he also studied in Prague and Lisbon, and lived in Portugal for three years. His debut feature film about the legendary figure skater Nepel won three Slnko v sieti awards.
