Hudba z Marsu live

The upcoming fall concert season brings great news for fans of the band Hudba z Marsu. One of the best Slovak concert bands will perform in October for audience in Bratislava, with their older hits as well with some new songs from the forthcoming album. The show is organized with the support of information server and radio New Model Radio (www.newmodelradio.sk).

Slovak indie pop legend Hudba z Marsu was quiet for several years, but will symbolically return to the scene for its 20th anniversary in 2016. However as the band leader Michal “Stofa” Štofej commented for Hudba.sk, the first impulse was not the anniversary itself, but wedding of a close friend of the group members. “Our friend and longtime sound engineer Palo Kužela, did a funny thing this summer – he knew he wouldn’t make the hibernating band Hudba z Marsu to play at his wedding, so he has decided to put together a wedding band that surprisingly reminisced our band by composition of its members. So accept of traditional wedding band hits we’ve brush up on some old “martian” hits. In the autumn, the same thing happened at the wedding of our bassist Filip so the comeback begin to happen spontaneously.

After the show you can look forward to an afterparty with New Model Radio DJs and care of the dance party in the bassment will be in hands of DJ Stame and DJane Sionni.
