The curatorial commentary led by Ivan Jančár introduces the background of large-format canvases where the artist applied paint using ropes. This specific method carries elements of action art and records a new stage in her work, where traditional tools like compressor and airbrush were replaced by an expressive, physical act of creation leaving behind rich structures and raw energy.

Patrícia Koyšová (1985, Nové Zámky) completed her doctoral studies at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava under Prof. Ivan Csudai in 2016, winning the Rector’s Award for her diploma thesis ZOOM*. She has held dozens of solo exhibitions both locally and internationally.
