The New Year’s Eve run across Bratislava’s bridges will bring together athletes and vacationers and offer a unique atmosphere at the end of the year.
The end-of-year run is here again!
The 34th annual New Year’s Eve Run across Bratislava’s bridges will once again bring together professional and recreational runners in a symbolic sporting farewell to the old year. The event will take place on December 31, 2025, at 10:00, with the start at the University of Economics in Petržalka and the finish at the running oval of the FTVŠ Comenius University campus. The main course is 11.7 km long and runs across five Bratislava bridges. Separate races will be prepared for children at the Lafranconi Stadium.

The organizer STaRZ is also bringing an attractive new feature – a combined entry fee for two iconic running events: the New Year’s Eve Run 2025 and the National Run Devín – Bratislava 2026, which will be run on April 19, 2026. Runners can get both starts for a discounted price of €40 when registering by December 28, 2025.
Separate registration for the New Year’s Eve Run is open until December 17 for €20 (after the deadline + €2). Seniors, children, and people with disabilities have a starting fee of €10, and children’s run €6. Last year attracted more than 1,100 participants from 16 countries, which confirms the growing popularity of this end-of-year sports ritual.
