Petržalka Festival
The new school year will start at the largest Bratislava housing estate with the first edition of Petržalka Festival. The weekend of September 7 – 8, 2019 will bring together the most popular music performers of all generations, good food and sports. The festival will feature Rytmus, Majk Spirit, Ego, No Name, Polemic, H16 and Fíha Tralala. With its diverse program, the multi-genre festival promises entertainment for all ages.
Petržalka Festival will delight its visitors with attractions and creative workshops (some of them are suitable for even the youngest ones). For adults, there is a culinary zone with local gastro specialties, sports and dance animations, a craft market, street culture, an environmental corner or a relaxation area. For gourmets there is a goulash cooking competition.
Those that love sports will not be disappointed. All fans of running can join the Petržalka Mile on September 7th in the morning at Dostihová dráha. The runs – 1 mile / 1,600 meters, 3 miles / 4,800 meters and 6 miles / 9,600 meters. The sports program also includes children’s runs.
