Simona Houda-Šaturová & Marek Kozák – Song Evening
On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 7 p.m., the Small Hall of the Slovak Philharmonic will belong to the internationally renowned Slovak soprano Simona Houda Šaturová, who collaborates with major opera houses in Buenos Aires, Paris, Athens, Toronto, Vienna, Prague, and Brussels.
During the 2025/2026 season, she has appeared several times on the stage of the Slovak Philharmonic during the Bratislava Music Festival, she performed in Franz Schmidt’s monumental vocal-instrumental work The Book with Seven Seals, and in January 2026 she will once again perform alongside the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra in Dvořák’s ballad The Spectre’s Bride for soloists, choir and orchestra. The renowned soprano will offer visitors a taste of Czech and Slovak songwriting, dominated by inspiration from the folk songs of our regions. The partner of the evening, Czech pianist Marek Kozák, will enrich the program with solo works from the piano repertoire.
Tickets are available at filharmonia.sk.
