Spolu s umením: Vrstvy trvania

The historic buildings in the city centre harbour fascinating stories. What all happened in the palace before it became a gallery? As part of the December programme Together with Art, gallery educator Judita Šályová will take us on a journey through the different periods in the history of the Pálffy Palace. Archaeologist Branislav Resutík will shed light on the Celtic period through the Biatec exhibition, whilst art historian Dávid Lelovics will talk about the palace’s medieval period, linking it to the era of Ján Pálffy. The event will include intergenerational engagement in the form of a discussion, community-building activities and a shared coffee break at the Emil café.
